Description
The Original 9 Note Handpan in D Minor uses all the notes of the pentatonic scale giving it a traditional sound and feel. The two octave range of 9 notes from D3-D5 is plentiful for extensive harmonic and melodic inventions. Standard Handpans typically have a smaller diameter, however, this handpan has a slightly larger diameter of 57cm which means the notes are not only more horizontal, but also more spread out. 
The 9 Note Handpan in D minor plays beautifully and has some beautiful resonant sounds. The smooth coating makes it very comfortable to play and feel while it weighs only 5kg, making it very easy to carry.

Tuned to the traditional D minor pentatonic scale.

This handpan comes with its own shoulder carry case and a protective cover. 
All 9 notes of the Handpan have a lovely resonance but it is also possible for players to use the other surfaces of the drum and make some other harmonics. The head cover can also be used to make percussive sounds. Overall, the Handpan is a beautiful instrument capable of charming all users and listeners. Players are advised to only use their hands when playing these instruments as excessive force or beaters can potentially cause damage.
