Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN POLICY
I gladly accept returns
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Customers are permitted 14 days after reception of the goods to return the item should they wish to. If this is the case, then the customer should return the goods in their original condition and packaging. Any damage to the goods should be informed to NovaPans immediately.
PAYMENT METHOD
NovaPans has developed their website specially to avoid the high commission rates of other sites and subsequently be able to reduce the price of handpans even further. As of now, the method of doing this is by making payments through low commission card companies such as Stripe or WireCard, vs PayPal.
